Visa Installments
Led design for Visa's debit-based installments solution — enabling issuers and merchants to offer fixed monthly payment plans to Visa cardholders. Covered two purchase flows (pre-enroll and real-time), two rounds of user research, and the integration of installments into Visa Click to Pay. The US and UK markets project $20M and $15M annual revenue respectively at year five.

Crypto Risk Manager
Co-designed Visa's first exploratory prototype for a Crypto Risk Manager — a compliance and monitoring tool enabling Visa's internal risk teams to onboard, monitor, and investigate cryptocurrency partners on VisaNet. In a design partnership, we conducted user research with four internal stakeholder groups and co-built the end-to-end prototype.
